West Jeff Baseball is investing in our community through several field improvement projects and we need your support. The current list of projects includes:
1. Evergreen Middle School Baseball Field - Project cost $56,000
This project includes building proper dugouts, moving the backstop slightly, and upgrading the playing field at Evergreen Middle School, which is the only field that can accommodate our 14 yr old Competitive teams. We have secured a matching grant for this project and are looking to raise $27,000 so work can begin in summer 2023.
2. Wilmot Elementary School Community Fields - Project cost $3,000,000
This project is a multiphase redevelopment of Wilmot's gravel fields, which includes building two new baseball fields, two soccer fields, a potential lacrosse practice area, and a safe, enjoyable green space for the Wilmot community. These improvements will benefit not only the families of Wilmot and WJBB athletes, but the broader community. Read more about this project in the Canyon Courier.
