We Need Coach Volunteers

Coach volunteers are the heart of West Jeff Baseball, a nonprofit youth baseball organization serving the foothills communities. Without our special volunteers who step up to lead a team, whether a 5-year-old T-ball team or a 14-year-old Competitive team, we wouldn't have a baseball program. 

Please consider volunteering to assist with your child's team, either as a head coach, assistant coach, or team parent/team manager. Coaching requires a time commitment to be sure, but with the right support from team parents and assistant coaches, your job can be made easier. Coach mentoring and coach clinics are also available.
